Job Description:

This is a hall and bartender staff role at OAK BAR, a stylish bar on the 2nd floor of a building a 2-minute walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi and Hanzomon Lines in Minato Ward, Tokyo. New staff start with glass washing, table cleaning, and guest seating, then progress through one-on-one instruction to drink preparation and cocktail making — no prior bar or alcohol knowledge is needed. Shifts run between 18:00 and 01:30 (overnight) with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 2 days per week; train finish times are accommodated, and late-night transport home can be arranged on request. The deep-night rate from 22:00 is 1,875円/hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate, statutory 1.25x); for full-time staff (4+ days/week) a daily rate of 12,000円-14,000円 is available as an alternative. Pay is cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi); Sundays are closed. Applicants must be aged 20 or over as the venue is fully smoking-permitted.

Wage:

1,500円 (per hour) Deep-night rate (22:00 onwards, statutory 1.25x): 1,875円/hour. Full-time daily rate option (4+ days/week): 12,000円-14,000円/day. Training period (30 hours): 1,300円/hour. Salary increase available.
