Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen support role at Habana, a relaxed standing-bar izakaya in Namba, a 1-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station in Chuo Ward, Osaka. Hall duties include making drinks, serving food, processing payments, dishwashing, and cleaning; experienced staff also assist with simple kitchen prep such as salad plating. The store targets experienced izakaya and restaurant workers as its core team — prior restaurant or bar experience is required for this role. Three shift patterns are available within the 15:00-23:45 window, with a minimum of 4 days per week required; at least one weekend day per week is mandatory, and shifts must start by 18:00. The late-night rate from 22:00 is 1,875円/hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate, statutory 1.25x); a busy-night bonus (大入手当 oiri-teate) of 2,000-5,000 yen per day adds up to 30,000-50,000 yen per month for active staff. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) of up to 10,000 yen per day is available; a 10,000-yen joining bonus is paid after 30 days of work.

Wage:
