Job Description:

Clean and supervise cleaning work at a hotel in Azabudai, Minato ward, Tokyo. The role covers cleaning the hotel common areas including corridors, the lobby and restaurants. You also handle supervisor duties such as roll call, document management and instructing and training other staff. Management experience is not required, so people who have never held a leader position are welcome, though cleaning experience is useful. Because the role includes instructing others, you will interact with colleagues more than in a standard cleaning position. The shift is an overnight one from 23:00 to 07:00 with a 60 minute break, 5 days a week, under a requested shift system. The hourly rate is 1,800円 with late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) on top, and transport costs are fully covered. The site is a 5 minute walk from Kamiyacho Station, with a second station about 10 minutes away.

Wage:

1,800円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) paid on top of the base rate. Overtime pay at 1.25 times the hourly rate for work over 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week. Holiday allowance at 1.35 times the hourly rate for the seventh day of a week counted from Monday.
