Job Description:
Work at a Showa-retro style izakaya near Kita-Senju Station, newly reopened after a renovation. Hall duties involve greeting customers, showing them to their seats, taking orders and carrying drinks and dishes. Kitchen duties start with simple plating, and cooking ability is not required, though you can move on to prep and cooking over time. The store manager teaches everything from scratch, and many people start at the same time so it is easy to settle in. Shifts run 11:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 01:00, with lunch service currently at weekends only. You work from 3 days a week, and applicants available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are given preference. Experienced applicants and those working regular days earn 1,600円 or more per hour, and previous restaurant pay is taken into account when setting your starting rate. Staff meals (まかない makanai) cost 500円, cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available, and transport is covered up to 5,000円.
