Job Description:
Work as convenience store staff at FamilyMart Taishi Tsukiji in Chuo ward, Tokyo. Duties cover general convenience store work, and at the interview you can discuss which tasks suit you best. The store sits close to the Tsukiji outer market and serves many tourists, giving it a bright, lively atmosphere. Six shift patterns are offered from an early 07:00 start through to an overnight 22:00 to 08:00 block, and other times can be arranged on request. Staff of a wide range of ages work here and everyone supports each other, so first-time convenience store workers are fine. Training (研修 kenshuu) lasts 30 days and ends as soon as you can work independently, with no extension. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) of wages is available and transport costs are fully covered. The store is a 1 minute walk from both Tsukiji Station and Shintomicho Station, and bicycle and small motorbike commuting are permitted.
Wage:
1,250円 (per hour)
Early morning rate of 1,300円 per hour for the 05:00 to 07:00 period. Standard daytime rate rises to 1,300円 or more after training. Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 1,500円 during training and 1,550円 or more per hour afterwards for the 22:00 to 05:00 period. Salary increase system.
