Job Description:
Closing work in the breakfast buffet hall at TAOYA Atami, a hot spring resort overlooking Sagami Bay that reopened under a new brand in July 2026. After breakfast service ends you clear away dishes, wipe down tables, straighten the chairs and clean the floor. There is almost no customer contact, so the role suits people who prefer steady hands-on work to serving guests. Everything is taught step by step by a senior staff member acting as your trainer, with no quotas and no deadlines, so people with no hotel experience settle in easily. The shift is a short 09:00 to 12:00 and you can work from two days a week, on weekdays or at weekends. A two month training period (研修 kenshuu) applies at the same hourly rate. Hair colour and style are free and piercings and nails are allowed, subject to rules during working hours. Staff can use the hot spring baths at the facility, get a meal subsidy and receive up to 30 percent off stays at group hotels.
Wage:
1,200円以上 (per hour)
Rate varies with experience and ability. The same rate of 1,200円 or more applies during the two month training period. Salary increases are made as appropriate.
