Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Hamayaki Hokkaido Uoman Asahikawa Nijo-dori, a lively seafood izakaya chain on the 2nd floor of Piazza Building, a 4-minute walk from Asahikawa Station. Hall staff guide guests to their seats, deliver food and drinks, handle payments, and prepare simple drinks including draft beer. Customers order via tablet or QR self-order system, so verbal order-taking is minimal. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and simple plating, then progress to basic preparation and cooking assistance — knife skills are taught from scratch. Shift (1) runs 11:00 to 00:00 (ending at midnight), with a late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applying from 22:00 onward. Shift (2) runs 11:00 to 15:00 for those preferring afternoon-only hours. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available and wages are calculated to the minute. Staff meals are available at 50% off the menu price (まかない makanai). A training period (研修 kenshuu) applies at 1,075 yen, rising to 1,100 yen on completion. High school students are welcome. Hair colour and nail polish are permitted; one small earring per ear is allowed for hall staff only. Work in the smoking room is limited to applicants aged 20 and over.
