Job Description:
This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Lawson S OSL ekimo Tennoji, located inside the ekimo Tennoji station mall directly at the west exit of Tennoji Station — one of Osaka's major transport hubs with connections to the Osaka Metro Midosuji and Tanimachi lines. Two shift slots are currently recruiting: early morning 06:00-09:00 at 1,330円 per hour, and afternoon 14:00-18:00 at 1,180円 per hour; a minimum of 3 hours per shift is accepted from 2 days per week. Duties include register operation and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, store cleaning, simple food and drink preparation, and handling public utility payments, ATM services, parcel collection, and ticket issuance; product ordering and floor merchandising are added as experience grows. The higher early-morning rate reflects the premium for the 06:00-09:00 slot; full transport costs are covered in line with Lawson policy. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one; weekday-only, weekend-only, and Saturday-only or Sunday/public holiday-only schedules are all available. Social insurance is fully covered; a franchise ownership support programme is available for those interested in long-term career development.
