Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Toyota-shi Eki, a newly opened udon chain (うどん屋 udon-ya) location a 1-minute walk from Toyota-shi Station in Aichi, with a brand-new kitchen and dining area still in its opening phase. Joining now means starting alongside other new team members in a fresh environment, with a special opening wage of 1,500 yen per hour available through to 30 September 2026. Kitchen duties include boiling and plating udon to order, frying tempura (vegetables, prawn, and chicken) using dedicated equipment, preparing onigiri and inari to recipe, and dishwashing using an industrial machine. Hall duties include welcoming guests, register operation with automated change machines, tray collection, and keeping the dining area and cooking stations clean. No experience is required -- step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and a full task manual are provided, and shifts can be as short as 3 hours starting from just 2 days per week. From 22:00 onwards a statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies for the final two hours of the shift window; the shift ends at 24:00 and does not continue past midnight. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food, and a family canteen card provides up to 10,000 yen per month for employees with children aged 15 and under. This role requires native-level or near-native Japanese communication skills for customer service; JLPT N2 or equivalent is the stated standard for Toridoll group stores.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Opening period special rate: 1,500 yen/hour through 30 September 2026. Deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% increase for hours worked from 22:00 onwards (approx. 1,625 yen/hour at standard rate). Salary increase system in place. Bonus system available.
