Job Description:
You will work in the kitchen of a welfare facility (fukushi shisetsu 福祉施設) in Tawaramoto, Nara, preparing lunch and dinner for approximately 50 residents and staff members each day. Duties include cooking assistance, plating (morizuke 盛り付け), and general kitchen work - no cooking licence (chourishi menkyosho 調理師免許) is required and beginners are welcome. Hours are a fixed 08:30-17:30 day shift with no overtime, making it easy to maintain a regular routine long-term. The workplace has a calm, homely atmosphere with good teamwork among staff of all ages from their 20s to 50s. An advance pay system (maewatashi 前払い) lets you draw a portion of earned wages before payday - note this differs from daily or weekly payment and a handling fee may apply. Transport allowance (koutsuuhi 交通費) is provided per company rules based on commuting distance. Car commuting is welcome.
