Job Description:
This is a baggage sorting (仕分け shiwake) role at New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido, supporting air travel operations by handling passenger luggage on the ground side. Tasks include scanning baggage barcodes with a handheld reader, sorting bags by destination, loading them into containers, placing bags onto conveyor belts, and moving luggage by transport vehicle within the airport - a physically active role with no customer interaction. Luggage weighs approximately 10-20 kg; no special qualifications or English ability are required, and a pre-assignment training (研修 kenshuu) session covers everything needed to start working in an airport environment. Three daytime shift options are available starting between 07:15 and 08:30, all finishing by 17:00; no overtime and no overnight shifts. Social insurance is provided from day one. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered per company rules. The worksite is 3 minutes walk from Shin-Chitose Airport Station.
Wage:
