Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Taishu Sushi Sakaba Jinbee-Taro, a lively popular-style sushi izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) in Kawagoe city, just two minutes from Kawagoe Station. Work involves guiding guests to seats, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and general floor duties — no difficult techniques required, just a friendly greeting to start. Senior staff provide hands-on support for first-timers and those returning to work after a break, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Shifts run evening to close on weekdays (16:00-23:00) and from 15:00 on weekends and public holidays, with a minimum of three hours per shift available. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free: one meal for shifts of four hours or more, two meals for eight hours or more. Nails and piercings are OK for hall staff (press-on nails excluded).

Wage:

1,141円～1,426円 (per hour) Salary increases available. Late-night statutory rate (22:00-05:00): 1,426円+ for applicants 18 and over.
