Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Hanamaru Udon in the food court of Aeon Mall Tsu Minami in Mie Prefecture. Staff rotate across five positions: noodle boiling, tempura frying, udon topping and plating, dishwashing (using a dishwasher), and counter service with register work. New staff start by shadowing a colleague, then move to the plating station before gradually taking on other positions. Shifts are flexible (シフト制 shifuto-sei) with as little as one day a week and three hours a day, making it suitable alongside school or another job. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via a salary advance system; a 70% staff meal discount (まかない makanai) is also provided. Non-native Japanese speakers must have Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above, as communication is required for daily work operations.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium: +80 yen/hour. Salary increase available. Various allowances: overtime, deep-night, single-person relocation, housing, and family allowance (10,000 yen/month per child up to end of compulsory education).
