Job Description:

Work as hall and kitchen staff at Butaya Ton-ichi, a tonkatsu (とんかつ tonkatsu) restaurant on the second floor of Aeon Mall Suzuka in Mie, 15 minutes walk or about 5 minutes by bus from Hiratamachi Station on the Kintetsu line. The restaurant is part of the Toridoll Group, known for Marugame Seimen udon, and specialises in crispy, juicy katsu-don and set meals with clear, easy-to-follow recipes. Duties include taking orders, frying tonkatsu and preparing katsu-don, rice and miso soup preparation, meat cutting and ingredient prep, cashier work on a touch-panel register, dishwashing using a dishwasher machine, and store cleaning. Those who find cooking challenging can start with dishwashing or rice preparation, building skills gradually with senior staff support and step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu). Shifts are submitted weekly from 1 day and 3 hours minimum, with weekday-only, weekend-only, and mixed patterns all accommodated. Weekend and holiday shifts pay 1,300 yen per hour - a 100-yen premium on the base rate. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal, and a family canteen scheme provides up to 5,000 yen monthly per child for staff with children aged 15 and under. No resume required.
