Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Robata Sukehira, a Japanese robatayaki restaurant in Kita-ku, Osaka, near Temmancho Station. Hall duties include guest seating, order taking, food and drink serving, table clearing, and drink preparation; kitchen duties include plating, prep assistance, ingredient cutting, and dishwashing. The restaurant is a smoking venue; all applicants must be aged 20 or over. Regular schedules of 4-5 days per week are particularly welcomed; Friday, Saturday, and public holiday availability is especially valued. The shift runs 18:00 to 23:00 (approximately 4-5 hours actual working time); the portion after 22:00 attracts the statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% above the base rate. Wages can be paid in cash (手渡し tewatashi), daily, or weekly per preference. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided on every working day.
