Job Description:

Serve guests at Moritaya, a premium Japanese restaurant (和食 washoku) specialising in Kyoto-style beef inside the Lucua Ile shopping complex at Osaka Station. Duties include seating and guiding guests, taking orders, delivering food, table clearing, and register (レジ reji) operations; during lunch shifts, staff also assist tableside — grilling beef or preparing shabu-shabu in front of the guest, which develops higher-level service skills naturally. Five shift options are available on a monthly self-reported schedule (シフト制 shifuto-sei): lunch 10:00-15:00 or 11:00-16:00, daytime/dinner 12:00-21:00 or 13:00-22:00, or evening/late 17:00-22:30 (ends fixed at 22:30); minimum 3 days per week. The deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,813円/hour applies for the 22:00-22:30 portion on the two latest shifts. Restaurant, Japanese restaurant, or hotel hall experience is preferred; those returning after a break are also welcome. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) placement through Admic Co., Ltd.
