Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at Kaniton, a fugu and crab specialty restaurant (completely private rooms) inside Vernor Fuse shopping centre in Higashi-Osaka, three minutes walk from Kintetsu Fuse Station. Hall duties include guiding guests to private rooms, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks; kitchen duties start with simple plating and cooking assistance — knife experience is not required as senior staff from other branches provide thorough training. The restaurant caters to business entertainment and celebrations, giving staff exposure to high-end hospitality service. Shifts run 17:00-23:00 with no overtime; the deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 onward, raising the rate to 1,500円/hour. Pay is cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi); hair colour and piercing styles are permitted.
