Job Description:

Work as a convenience store staff member at FamilyMart Amerikamura Sankaku-Koen-mae store in Chuo-ku, Osaka — located in the heart of the Amerika-mura district, 10 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station and 12 minutes from Namba Station. Daytime duties (05:00-22:00) centre on cashier work, self-checkout guidance, shelf display, product facing and rotation, and light cleaning — no toilet cleaning involved. Overnight shifts (22:00-05:00) add heavy product deliveries, stocking, and store prep, with more physical work suited to those who like to stay active. Three shift slots are available: early morning (05:00-09:00, from 3 hours), daytime (09:00-22:00, from 3 hours), and overnight (22:00-05:00, from 7 hours at 1,500 yen/hr). You can start from 1 day a week, with flexible schedules for second jobs, students, and homemakers. A daily wage advance system is available (no cash-in-hand). Transportation allowance is paid up to 20,000 yen/month. Salary increases, leader allowances, and an SST qualification increase scheme are in place. Late-night shifts after 22:00 are limited to applicants aged 18 and over under Japanese labour law. Seniors and those with no experience are welcome.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Overnight rate (22:00-05:00): 1,500 yen/hr (深夜手当 shinya-teate included). Salary increases available. Leader allowance and SST qualification salary increase scheme available. Daily wage advance system available (regulations apply).
