Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Yakiniku Horumon Nikuro Kyobashi, a popular Korean-style yakiniku and offal restaurant 3 minutes from Kyobashi Station in Osaka — all tables have overhead extractor fans so clothing does not pick up smoke smell. Hall duties include seating customers, serving meat and drinks, and cashier work; kitchen duties include prep, cooking, and dishwashing — you start with whichever role you prefer. Late-night shifts from 22:00 pay 25% above base (深夜手当 shinya-teate), reaching 1,625円/hour; busy days add a further 50円/hour. High school students may work until 22:00 only. Staff meals (まかない makanai) include domestic Wagyu beef — a standout perk. Wages paid daily (日払い hibarai) or cash in hand (現金手渡し genkin-tewatashi). Note: staff working fewer than 15 days per month receive 50円/hour less. Tattoos are acceptable if covered. Hair colour, nail polish, and piercing all allowed.

Wage:

1,300円～1,650円 (per hour) Late-night rate from 22:00: +25% (深夜手当 shinya-teate) — effective rate 1,625円/hour. Busy-day bonus: +50円/hour on store-designated peak days. Freeters and long-term regular staff receive preferential pay. Staff working fewer than 15 days/month: base rate -50円/hour. Salary increase available (昇給 shoukyuu).
