Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Sumibiyakiniku Shinchan, a charcoal yakiniku restaurant in Osaka's Kita ward, 4 minutes walk from Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. Hall duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables. Kitchen duties start with simple tasks such as plating and prep work, progressing gradually as experience builds. The store recently underwent a renovation and operates across a spacious 1st and 2nd floor layout including private rooms, aiming for a local, amiable atmosphere. Three shift slots are available within 18:00-05:00: early evening (18:00-23:00), late night (23:00-05:00), or full span (18:00-05:00), with 3 or more days per week available. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment are both available. Late-night hours from 22:00 attract a 25% premium. Weekend and holiday shifts pay an additional 50 yen per hour on top of the base rate. Hair colour, nail polish, and piercings are all permitted. No resume required.

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium: +50 yen per hour (up to 1,580 yen on weekends). Late-night premium: 22:00 onward pays 25% increase (up to 1,500 yen weekdays). Salary increase available through regular assessment.
