Job Description:
This convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Amemura Nishi-Shinsaibashi covers register operation with self-checkout guidance, shelf stocking, product display and merchandising, and light store cleaning during quiet periods; toilet cleaning is not part of this role. The store is located in the Amerika-mura area of Shinsaibashi and is 10 minutes on foot from Namba Station, close to one of Osaka's most active shopping and nightlife districts. Two shift slots are available: a daytime and evening slot (08:00-22:00) with a minimum of 5 hours per shift, and an overnight slot (23:00-08:00) with a minimum of 7 hours per shift; shifts from 1 day per week are accepted. The overnight shift (22:00-05:00) carries a deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) bringing the rate to 1,539円 per hour; it also involves heavier tasks such as receiving deliveries and stocking drinks, making it a more physically active shift; restricted to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). An advance pay system (日払い hibarai) is available; bank transfer only, no cash in hand. No resume is required and hair style and colour are free.
