Job Description:

Back-of-house cleaning and dishwashing role at the fresh fish counter in the basement food hall of Osaka Takashimaya department store in Namba, Chuo-ku, Osaka, placed through staffing agency Admic. Duties include washing knives, chopping boards, and other cooking utensils, cleaning the work area, collecting fish offcuts and disposing of rubbish, tidying the store, and occasionally assisting with product stocking and display depending on conditions. This is a back-of-house role with no direct customer contact — well suited to those who prefer quiet, focused work without dealing with the public.
