Job Description:

Convenience store staff role at Heart In Seven-Eleven JR Fukushima Ekimae, located directly connected to JR Fukushima Station in Fukushima-ku, Osaka — one of the most commuter-convenient locations in the area with direct station access in all weather. Duties include cashier and customer service, product stocking and shelf display, store cleaning, and delivery receipt; as you gain experience, product ordering and register checking are also entrusted to you — tasks are introduced gradually so first-time workers can build confidence without pressure. Three shift blocks are available: morning (09:00-13:00) and afternoon (13:00-17:00) both at 1,260 yen, and an early evening block (17:00-21:00) at the higher rate of 1,310 yen; all three blocks welcome high school students, and hours per session are negotiable. A 10-day training period (研修 kenshuu) applies at the same base rate for each slot with no reduction, and the store offers salary increases and a bonus scheme alongside full social insurance — reflecting a commitment to long-term stable employment.
