Job Description:

Sumibikushiyaki Raise Sonezaki (炭火串焼らいず曽根崎店) is a charcoal-grill skewer izakaya near Ohatsu Tenjin Shrine in Kita Ward, Osaka, 2 minutes from Kita-Shinchi Station, 3 minutes from Osaka Station, and 5 minutes from Umeda Station. Hall duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables; kitchen duties include food prep, main cooking, and making drinks — kitchen-focused applicants are actively welcomed and given increasing responsibility over time. Staff are also encouraged to contribute ideas on new menu items, dish presentation, and POP signage, so those who want to help shape the store rather than just clock in and out will fit in well. Shifts run between 15:00 and 03:00; you choose a block of 4 or more hours within that window on as few as 2 days per week on a monthly self-submitted schedule; Friday and Saturday or eve-of-holiday availability is particularly welcome. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, bringing the effective rate to 1,687 yen per hour for that portion of the shift. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided. Salary increases and a bonus system are in place. Promotion to full-time employee is actively supported.
