Job Description:

Work as hall staff at Mimiuo (美々卯), a historic Japanese restaurant inside Hanshin Umeda (阪神梅田) in Kita-ku, Osaka, directly accessible from Osaka Station and Umeda Station. Mimiuo is the 200-year-old Osaka institution that originated the famous udon-suki (うどんすき) hot pot dish, and continues to be one of the most respected Japanese restaurants in the Kansai region. Hall duties include welcoming and seating guests, pouring tea, taking orders using a handheld terminal (ハンディ端末 handi-tanmatsu), handling the bill at the register, clearing and resetting tables (バッシング bassing), dishwashing, and simple plating assistance for garnishes and side dishes. Working hours fall within the 10:00-21:00 window with 8 hours actual work and a 60-minute break per shift. No experience is required; handheld order terminal use and plating are taught patiently from the start. The placement period is up to 6 months, after which a transition to full direct employment as a permanent staff member is available at an annual salary of approximately 3.1 to 4.3 million yen with full benefits. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. No resume or office visit is required; online registration is accepted.
