Job Description:

This is an early morning office building cleaning role in Chuo Ward, Osaka City, just 1 minute walk from Tanimachi-Yonchome Station, placed through a staffing agency (派遣 haken). Duties include cleaning tenant office areas, shared spaces such as kitchen/pantry rooms and toilets — all straightforward tasks with no specialist equipment, described as an extension of everyday home cleaning. Each shift runs with around 6 staff working together, so questions can be asked freely and you are never working alone; the full routine can be learned within about one week. The shift runs just 3.5 hours in the early morning (06:00-09:30) with no break and zero overtime, so the rest of the morning and the full day remain free; weekends and public holidays are always off. An advance payment system allows up to 70% of earned wages to be received before the standard pay date by applying via smartphone every Tuesday, with transfer as early as Friday; daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are also available under company rules. Hair colour is accepted within reasonable limits; no resume is required and both web interviews and workplace visits can be arranged before starting.
