Job Description:

Work cleaning the common areas of a luxury hotel-style tower condominium in Chuo-ku, Osaka City, accessible from both Honmachi Station and Yodoyabashi Station. Duties include cleaning corridors and staircases, maintaining the entrance and lobby, cleaning meeting rooms and guest rooms within the building, and sweeping around the exterior - all following a fixed daily routine that is easy to master once learned. The shift runs on a fixed weekly pattern: Monday and Saturday 09:00-15:00, Tuesday and Friday 09:30-15:30 (5 hours actual work each day, 60-minute break), with Sundays always off and approximately 15 working days per month. The building is kept to hotel standards, making for a clean and comfortable working environment with no heavy lifting or specialist skills required. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. Senior women are particularly active in this workplace.
