Job Description:

This is a warehouse shipping preparation role at a large local manufacturer producing fuses for automotive batteries in Ogaki City, Gifu, placed through staffing agency Hot Staff Ogaki. Your main tasks are picking products, checking them against delivery slips, arranging them on pallets, and transporting them to the shipping area using a hand lift (80%) or reach lift (20%). No heavy lifting is required as all movement is done by forklift or lift equipment, keeping physical strain low. Reach lift experience is an advantage, but candidates without warehouse or factory experience are also welcome if they have that qualification. Career gap applicants are welcome, and a friendly senior staff member will guide you through everything from day one. An advance draw system (前渡し制度 maewatashi-seido) is in place for urgent cash needs — this is an advance on wages already earned, separate from daily or weekly payment. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is provided within company regulations. Free parking and bicycle parking are available on-site. This is a long-term position requiring a minimum commitment of 3 months. No overtime. Weekends and public holidays off.

Wage:
