Job Description:

This is a dispatch (派遣社員 haken-shain) role handling outbound shipment preparation at a large local factory producing fuses for automotive batteries in Ogaki City, Gifu. Work follows a three-step flow: picking and inspecting finished parts against delivery slips, stacking them onto pallets in order, then transporting them to the shipping area using a hand lift (80%) or reach lift (20%). Because parts are moved by lift, there is little to no heavy manual carrying; applicants with reach lift (リーチリフト) experience are particularly welcome even without prior factory experience. The shift runs 08:00 to 17:00 with no overtime; weekends (土日) are completely off under a full two-day weekend system, with additional public holidays and three major holiday periods per year (Golden Week, Obon, year-end). An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available for urgent cash needs, separate from the regular monthly pay cycle; funds are drawn from hours already worked. The worksite has a staff canteen, rest room, refrigerator, microwave, full air conditioning, lockers, and a free car park directly on-site.
