Job Description:

Work at Sekai no Yamachan, a nationally famous izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) chain known for its signature chicken wings. The restaurant is located inside the Asty Ogaki shopping complex, directly connected to Ogaki Station. Hall staff handle customer seating, order-taking, drink preparation, and food service. Kitchen staff assist with basic cooking preparation (調理 chouri), plating, and dish washing (洗い場 araiba). You can choose one role or both depending on your preference. Shifts are highly flexible via a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) — even zero shifts in a given week are possible when needed. A staff meal (まかない makanai) costs only 100 yen per meal, including exclusive back-of-house menu items. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) and advance payment on earned wages are both available.

Wage:

1,130円 (per hour) Night premium: 25% increase on base wage from 22:00 onwards (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) available based on performance — some staff reach 1,500 yen/hour. Advance draw of up to 80% of earned wages available (規定あり).
