Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Seven-Eleven Sasayama Osawa, located a 3-minute walk from Sasayamaguchi Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line in Tanba Sasayama City, Hyogo. You will start with straightforward tasks such as cashier and customer service, restocking shelves and drinks, and basic cleaning, then gradually take on hot snack preparation, product ordering, campaign coordination, and shelf display as you settle in. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided carefully from day one over a 90-day period, so applicants with no convenience store experience are very welcome — first-time part-timers included. Five shift slots are available from early morning (06:00) through to the early hours of the morning (02:00), with a higher late-night rate of 1,465円 from 22:00 onward. Late-night shifts (22:00-02:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A meal assistance benefit and transport allowance within company regulations are provided. An independence support scheme is also available for those interested in eventually owning their own store. Car, motorcycle, and bicycle commuting are all permitted.

Wage:

1,172円 (per hour) Late-night rate: 1,465円 (22:00-02:00). Training period rate: same as standard rate (1,172円; 90-day training period). Salary increase available.
