Job Description:
This is a seafood product inspection, microbial testing assistance, and packing role at a food processing facility in Himeji City, Hyogo, placed through staffing agency Techno Service. Your main duties are inspecting processed seafood products, carrying out simple microbiological checks, and packing completed products for dispatch; boxes weigh up to 10 kg so a degree of physical fitness is required. Two shift patterns are available — 07:00-15:45 or 08:00-16:45 — and applicants who can work flexibly across both patterns are especially welcome. No experience or qualifications are required — training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one and a wide range of age groups from their 20s to 40s are currently active on the team. This is a shift-based schedule with two days off per week; weekend and public holiday work is welcomed and those available on weekends are encouraged to apply. Overtime is minimal, helping to maintain a steady work-life balance. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. A staff canteen is available on-site. Please note: native-level Japanese language ability is required. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
