Job Description:
Work as kitchen staff at a hotel restaurant in Kobe's central Chuo ward, placed through staffing agency Blue Star, accessible directly from JR Sannomiya Station. Duties include cooking support and full cooking duties in the hotel restaurant kitchen, cleaning the kitchen area, and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba). New starters begin with support and preparation tasks, then move into more involved cooking as they build confidence — no culinary licence is required, though experienced cooks are also very welcome. Shifts run mornings from 06:00 to 15:00 via a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) from 3 days a week, with days self-reported and flexible. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available. The entire registration and interview process can be completed online with no need to visit an office.
