Job Description:

This is an automotive parts warehouse picking, packing, shelving, and inspection role in Koura, Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama, placed through staffing company LeafNxT. Your duties include picking parts against instructions, packing, shelving incoming stock, and inspecting products — all based on fixed task instructions with no specialist equipment involved, making it straightforward to learn from day one. No experience or qualifications are required — everything is taught step by step from the start, so career gap applicants and first-timers are very welcome. A free shuttle bus operates from Yokohama Station and Shin-Sugita Station to the facility, making the commute easy even without a car. An advance payment system (前払い maewatashi) is available on earned wages within company regulations. Working hours are daytime (08:30-17:30) with one hour break, following a Monday to Saturday schedule with Sundays, one additional day, and public holidays off; summer and year-end/New Year holiday periods are also included in the annual calendar.
