Job Description:

This is a hospital cleaning role at a medical facility in Tsurumi Ward, Yokohama, placed through staffing company LeafNxT. Your main duty is cleaning operating rooms after surgical procedures, along with cleaning waiting rooms, toilets, and changing rooms throughout the facility. All clothing and protective wear is fully provided — you do not need to prepare any uniform yourself. No prior cleaning or medical facility experience is required; no qualifications are needed either. Five shift patterns are available between 09:00 and 22:00 (all with one hour break), and you choose the time slot that suits your lifestyle — the working day ends by 22:00 at the latest, all on weekdays only. Weekends and public holidays are fully off every week. An advance payment system (前払い maewatashi) is available on earned wages within company regulations. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is partially covered up to 1,000 yen per day. This is listed as a short-term position — the exact contract length is disclosed at the time of offer.
