Job Description:
This is a semiconductor parts assembly, inspection, and label application role in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto, placed through UT Agent Co., Ltd. under an indefinite-term dispatch (無期雇用派遣) contract — meaning you are employed directly by UT Agent as a permanent employee and dispatched to the factory, with your employment continuing even during gaps between assignments. Your main duties are assembling motor molecular pump components used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, setting parts into processing machines and removing them after processing, attaching labels, and visually inspecting finished parts for dirt and scratches. The work is methodical and individual-paced, well suited to those who enjoy focused, precise tasks. A daily payment system (日払い hibarai) is available: funds can be received in as little as 5 minutes after submitting a smartphone application (subject to company regulations). Working hours are daytime only (08:20-16:50) with no shift work; weekends and public holidays are fully off with 125 days of annual leave including GW, summer, and year-end/New Year holidays. A transfer support scheme is in place for motivated staff aiming at direct employment with the client company. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 30,000 yen per month. Staff canteen and break room are available on-site with full air conditioning. No resume or cover letter is required to apply.
