Job Description:
This is a hotel room and shared facility cleaning role at SPA & Hotel Mizuharu Matsuiyamate, a spa resort hotel a 5-minute walk from Matsuiyamate Station on the JR Gakken Toshi Line in Kyotanabe City, Kyoto, operated by Beaver Record Co., Ltd. Your duties include cleaning guest cabin rooms, cleaning shared facilities such as the large communal bath and shower rooms, and managing the linen room. Household cleaning skills transfer directly to this role, and the work is taught step by step from day one — so first-time applicants and those returning after a long gap are very welcome. A major perk of this job is free use of the on-site natural hot spring after every shift. Guest bath invitation tickets are also distributed based on the number of shifts worked, so family and friends can enjoy the facility too. Must be able to work at least one of Saturday or Sunday each week, with a minimum of 3 days total per week. A late-night premium of 25% applies from 22:00 onward. A training period of up to 100 hours applies with a slightly lower rate of 1,180円 (from November onwards). Nails are permitted within length guidelines; hair colour is free (no primary/neon colours). Tattoos are not permitted. Transport allowance covered up to 400 yen round trip per day, capped at 8,000 yen per month.

Late-night rate: 1,500円 (22:00 onwards; 25% premium). Training period rate: 1,180円 (up to 100 hours; from November onwards). Salary increase available. Note: rate during October (before November minimum wage update) is 1,140円.
