Job Description:
This is a hospital cafeteria food service role at a medical facility in Iizuka City, Fukuoka, placed through staffing agency G&G. Your three main duties are plating meals under the guidance of the cooking team and loading them onto trolleys for delivery; operating the conveyor dishwashing machine to clean used tableware; and sorting and organising clean dishes by size and type into designated storage boxes. The tasks are similar in nature to household cooking and washing up, so no specialist experience or qualifications are needed — though holding a dietitian or cook's licence is a plus. Two shift patterns are available: an early morning start (06:30-15:00) and a late morning start (11:30-20:00), giving you flexibility to choose the pattern that suits your lifestyle; a training-period shift (07:00-15:30) applies during the first weeks. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available within company regulations. Applicants must hold a valid Japanese residence status and Japanese ability at JLPT N4 level or above — sufficient for basic reading, writing, and daily workplace communication.
