Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen staff at Chiisana Kankoku Apuro Hakata, a well-known Korean restaurant just 4 minutes from Hakata Station in Fukuoka city, famous for its samgyeopsal (サムギョプサル) pork belly and vibrant K-POP atmosphere. Hall staff guide customers to seats, take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables, and carry out tableside cooking of samgyeopsal in front of guests — a lively, hands-on role. Kitchen staff assist with cooking preparation (調理 chouri), plating, prep work, and store cleaning. Basic Korean greetings are taught on the job — no Korean language skills required to apply, and international staff are already part of the team. Friday and Saturday shifts are required as a rule — exceptions for individual weekends can be discussed in advance. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available.
