Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen support role at Uodoraku Etou (魚道楽えとう), a seafood-focused izakaya in Nishi-Nakasu, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, popular with regular local customers and known for its fresh sashimi. Your duties include pre-opening preparation and cleaning, welcoming and seating guests, taking drink and food orders, serving dishes, clearing tables, and assisting with simple plating in the kitchen. Pay is full daily payment in cash, handed to you directly at the end of every shift (日払い・現金手渡し hibarai tewatashi) — no waiting until payday. Salary increases are made on an ongoing basis based on performance; the store has a track record of staff reaching 2,000円 per hour. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided including the restaurant's signature fresh sashimi — a popular benefit for those watching food costs.
