Job Description:
This is a commercial facility cleaning role at a large shopping centre in Higashi-Aikawa, Kurume City, Fukuoka, placed through staffing company Star Work. The facility is divided into seven cleaning zones covering sales floor areas, corridors, toilets, the car park, and shared spaces; you will start by mastering one zone thoroughly before rotating across all areas as you gain confidence. Specific duties include mopping floors, wiping surfaces, cleaning toilets, picking up litter in the car park, carrying out disinfection, and collecting rubbish. Shifts run from early morning (06:30-10:30) for just 4 hours with no overtime, finishing before midday and leaving the rest of the day free. An advance payment system (前払い maewatashi) is available — your choice of daily or weekly payment — so you can access wages early when needed. Note that some tasks involve moderate physical demands on the legs and lower back. Transport allowance is included within the hourly rate (not paid separately). Free parking is available on-site.
