Job Description:
Clean guest rooms and make beds at Comfort Hotel Kokura, a smart business hotel that opened in April 2023, just 3 minutes walk from Kokura Station in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka. Duties include changing bed sheets, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, and setting up supplies for the next day — no customer contact is involved at any point in the role. The shift runs from 10:00 to 14:30 — starting after the morning rush and finishing in time for afternoon errands or school, with no overtime. A performance-based bonus of 250 yen per room completed adds directly to your hourly rate, so a productive shift earns noticeably more. From just 1 day a week — weekday-only, weekend-only, or mixed schedules all available. Note: this role alone does not meet social insurance hours; the company can introduce additional placements at other sites to help qualifying staff reach the threshold if needed. Foreign staff are also active at this site.
