Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Osaka Umeda Twin Towers South, located on the 12th floor of the Osaka Umeda Twin Towers South office building, a 3-minute walk from Osaka-Umeda Station in Kita Ward, Osaka. Because this is an office building store, the customer base is predominantly calm office workers — there are no toilet cleaning duties and no fried food preparation, making this a more relaxed working environment than a street-facing convenience store. Your duties cover cashier and customer service, product ordering, shelf display and layout, and store cleaning. Three shift patterns are available: early morning (06:30-09:00) at the higher rate of 1,400円, daytime (09:00-17:00), and evening (17:00-22:00), both at 1,300円. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Salary increase and full-time employment systems are in place. Social insurance (health, pension, employment, workers compensation) and paid leave are fully provided. Transport allowance is fully covered. Hair colour is free; nails are not permitted. Bicycle commuting is permitted.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Early morning slot (06:30-09:00): 1,400円. Standard daytime and evening: 1,300円. Salary increase system available.
