Job Description:
Work as hall staff at Yakiniku Miraku, a popular local yakiniku (焼肉 yakiniku) restaurant in Sakai city, Osaka, 13 minutes walk from Fukai Station on the Semboku Rapid Railway. Duties include serving food to tables, clearing up, and casual customer interaction — no formal hospitality script required; a bright, energetic approach is all you need. The majority of staff are high school and university students, and the atmosphere is lively and friendly with 5 of the 6 current full-time employees having started as part-timers. Weekday shifts run from 15:00 to 22:00 in blocks; weekend shifts can run 11:30 to 22:00 — from just 1 day a week with weekend-only schedules also welcome. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available, and a joining bonus (入社祝金 nyuusha-iwaikin) is provided. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) including yakiniku are available every shift.
