Job Description:
Work as Chinese cuisine (中華料理 chuuka-ryouri) cooking support staff in the restaurant kitchen of a major hotel in Chuo ward, Osaka city, accessible from Shinsaibashi Station, placed through staffing agency Bloom. New starters begin with preparation and support tasks, then progress to more involved cooking as experience grows — full training is provided so no prior cooking experience is required. Other duties include washing up (洗い場 araiba) and maintaining kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift. Shifts run via a self-reported system (シフト自己申告制 shifuto-jiko-shinkokusei) between 06:00 and 23:00 — morning, daytime, evening and late slots all potentially available depending on your preference.
