Job Description:
Work as Japanese cuisine (和食 washoku) cooking support staff in the restaurant kitchen of a major hotel in Kita ward, Osaka, accessible from Osaka Umeda Station, placed through staffing agency Bloom. New starters begin with support and preparation tasks, then move into more involved cooking as they gain experience — full training is provided so no prior cooking experience is needed. Other duties include washing up (洗い場 araiba) and keeping the kitchen clean throughout the shift. Two shift patterns are available: a morning-to-afternoon slot (07:00-16:00) and a lunchtime-to-evening slot (11:00-21:00), via a self-reported shift system (シフト自己申告制 shifuto-jiko-shinkokusei). Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available. Minimum commitment of 6 months — can start as quickly as 5 days after registration. The entire registration and interview process can be completed online with no office visit required.
