Job Description:

Work at Sushimen-dokoro Daikyo Ryugasaki, a popular Japanese-style restaurant (和風レストラン washoku resutoran) that has been featured on multiple major TV programmes including Fuji TV, TV Asahi, and Nippon TV's Omoumai-ten segment. Hall and kitchen staff roles are both available — hall duties include guiding customers, taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables; kitchen duties include dishwashing and basic preparation. Almost all staff start with no experience, and this round is a large intake so new starters join together and learn at the same pace. Shifts run between 11:00 and 22:00 in blocks from just 3 hours a day and 1 day a week, with weekend-only schedules also welcome. Night shifts from 22:00 earn 1,420 yen/hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate), and Sunday and public holiday shifts earn an extra 50 yen/hour. Car and motorcycle commuting are both welcome.

Wage:

1,136円 (per hour) Night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 1,420 yen/hour from 22:00. Sunday and public holiday premium: +50 yen/hour. Salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) available.
