Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen role at Hanamaru Udon Aeon Koga (はなまるうどんイオン古河店), a popular self-service udon chain restaurant in Koga City, Ibaraki, part of the Yoshinoya Holdings group. The restaurant operates a self-service (セルフ方式) format where customers carry their own trays along the counter, meaning there is no heavy tray carrying or table service; work is divided into five simple positions: noodle boiling, tempura frying, topping arrangement, dishwashing (using a machine), and counter register service. Beginners start by observing alongside a senior staff member, then move to the topping position first; all other positions are introduced gradually with a colleague at your side until you are comfortable. Shifts run within a 09:00 to 21:30 window on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week accepted; weekend-only, morning-only, and evening-only patterns are all available.
