Job Description:

This is a dispatch (派遣社員 haken-shain) warehouse role in Moriya City, Ibaraki, handling a range of logistics tasks including unloading, product inspection, picking, price tagging, and packaging within a fixed daytime schedule. The worksite is a 10-minute walk from Shin-Moriya Station and operates a clean weekday-only, no-overtime structure; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are all off. The shift is fixed at 09:00 to 18:00 with 8 hours of actual work per day, making it straightforward to plan around family, study, or a second job. Women aged 20 to 40 make up a large part of the current team, and hair colour, nail, and piercing styles are all freely permitted (髪型&髪色自由 kamigata kami-iro jiyuu). Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available: apply by Monday or Wednesday and the funds transfer as early as the next day using a photo of your time card. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is also in place for urgent cash needs, paying up to 70% of earnings accrued to date. Transportation allowance is paid in full under company rules; social insurance is fully covered from day one.
