Job Description:
This is a breakfast kitchen support and service role at a hotel restaurant in Fukuyama's Marunouchi district, just 5 minutes on foot from Fukuyama Station. Duties include replenishing drinks, plating dishes, guiding guests to their seats, delivering trays and drinks, and clearing up after the breakfast service — no cooking experience is required as the role is purely support. The shift runs 05:00-09:00 (4 hours, no break) and finishes early enough to leave the rest of the morning free for sleep, errands, or household tasks; no overtime occurs. The compact restaurant floor makes it easy to learn the layout quickly, and 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training (OJT) is provided with one-to-one guidance. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system allows wages to be withdrawn in 1,000-yen units from a convenience store ATM the same evening after a morning application — no bank account required. Free on-site parking and bicycle parking are available within 1 minute of the workplace.
